Canes Cope with COVID

Canes Cope with COVID was a Zoom discussion organized by CAPE in collaboration with the University of Miami student organization, COPE. The panel began with a guided meditation by UM alumni, Maya Davis, and was followed by a presentation by the president of COPE, Sierra Jensen. The presentation was focused on the impact the COVID-19 pandemic has had on UM students and different methods of self-care to nurture yourself in these unprecedented times. The event ended with an open discussion where the students were able to share their voices and speak of their own experiences navigating the pandemic.
